These Terms of Use govern your use of My Curl Clock™, provided by Frostline Labs Inc..

Use of the app

You may use My Curl Clock™ for personal, coaching, training, and other lawful curling-related purposes. You are responsible for using the app safely and without interfering with play or facility rules.

Timing accuracy

My Curl Clock™ is a training and performance tool. Timing and calculated results can be affected by user input, device performance, environmental conditions, and other factors. Results should not be treated as official competition measurements unless separately authorized by the applicable governing body.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules.

Intellectual property

My Curl Clock™, mC², associated software, visual elements, and related content are owned by or licensed to Frostline Labs Inc., except for third-party trademarks and platform assets.

Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also change pricing or plan features, subject to applicable App Store rules and consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frostline Labs Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
