This policy explains how Frostline Labs Inc. handles information in connection with My Curl Clock™.

Information we collect

My Curl Clock™ is intended to minimize collection of personal information. Timing results, shot information, and game data may be stored locally on your device and, where applicable, transferred via CSV between your Apple Watch and external devices at your discretion to provide external analysis of your data.

Analytics and diagnostics

If analytics, crash reporting, or diagnostic services are enabled in a future release, this policy will be updated to identify those services and the information they process.

Account information

My Curl Clock™ does not currently require a standalone Frostline Labs Inc. account unless a future feature specifically states otherwise.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Frostline Labs Inc. does not receive your full payment-card information.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as required to operate the app, comply with law, protect users, or support services you choose to use.

Data retention

Locally stored game information remains on your device until it is deleted, exported, or removed through app or device actions.

Children

My Curl Clock™ is a sports timing tool and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
